DEVOTIONS AND PRAYER: Led by Carl.
MINUTES: Motion by Larry1 and seconded by Sylvia to accept the minutes.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Brought forward- $5156.78, Receipts- $6365.00 Expenses- 495.31
Balance-$11,026.47
OLD BUSINESS:
SOHP Brochures- still in progress.
Mentoring Program: Nancyl will do training on May 16th from 4:00-7:00. Our regular meeting will follow the training.
A year end letter was sent to churches thanking them for their support.
The caseworkers are starting to use the new Agency Referral Sheets.
Update on families:

#6-07- bus tokens will be purchased from EMTA
NEW BUSINESS:
A discussion on ways to expand our ministry. The following suggestions were given:
1. emergency housing
2. minor vehicle maintenance
3. assistance to the elderly
4. expand food support
An e-mail will be sent out to members asking them to bring other suggestions to the next meeting.
A suggestion was made to have a financial advisor come to one of our meetings to discuss ways to make the best use of our money.
Thank you notes from a Seeds of Hope family and from Daybreak Ministries were read.
New Families:
#4-07- Ogdensburg family- need windows- will put on hold for more information
#11-07R- Westfield family- new addition to home needs wiring checked, insulation, sheetrock and paneling- on hold until we verify if family owns or rents the home-if owners we will do an assessment
#13-07 - Tioga family- need exterminator and dumpster or compactor for outside cleanup
#14-07- Blossburg family- bedrooms need work-paint and two windows, drywall, paneling, may need wiring on hold to verify if family owns or rents
The next meeting will be held on March 21, 2007. Lynn will have devotions.
