NEW BUSINESS

An inventory of what is in the barn was given to Dinny.

Carl and Dinny will address the problem of garbage removal from clients residences. They will take pictures of properties with problems and present them to the County Commissioners. A request for a waiver of dump fee or another way of securing funds to dispose of garbage will be made. If this could be done SOHP would volunteer to do cleanup and hauling.

Diapers are needed. Sizes 2, 3, 4.

Cleaning supplies are needed. Marty will check with Mission Central to see if there are any available.

The July SOHP meeting will be our second annual picnic meeting. Caseworkers and their families, as well as SOHP members and families are invited. The Agency will provide hot-dogs. Those attending bring own table service, beverage, and a dish to pass. Mark your calendars for the July 19th SOHP picnic.

Plans for a special meeting date was discussed. A possible date is Sept. 20, 2006.

The need for a food pantry was discussed for the caseworkers to have access for their clients who have no food for their families. Dinny will ask the Agency if there is room in one of their freezer to store perishable items. We can start the food pantry by those attending the meeting in June to bring in a nonperishable food item.
