TREASURER'S REPORT: Balance on hand as of December 21, 2005 is $4,149.69. Motion to accept the report made by Carol , seconded by Sue. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS: Mentoring Training Update Meeting to be set after holidays. Ameri-Corp Vista Volunteer Update: Meeting to be set up with Sam Greene. .

UPDATE ON FAMILIES PRESENTED :

#'s 101, 102, 103, 107, 123, 108, 110, 113, 118, 126 are completed.

#'s 79, 104, 105,106 site visit needed.

#117 work being done.

# 73 door knob needed.

# 92 homeowner collecting roofing material. Possibly will need help in the spring.

NEW BUSINESS: Angel Food Ministry was discussed. Based out of Georgia this food distribution is hosted by various churches and organization and is once monthly opportunity to pickup food for $25.00 with no restrictions with income and they will accept food stamps for this food. Information will be passed on to SOHP families to help with their food budget.

#131 Grandmother needs help with special needs grandchild.

The need for a project director was discussed. Larry made a motion to appoint Carl Matteson to this position. Sue seconded. Motion carried.

A display of quilts made by the Cory Land Church women was presented at the meeting. These quilts will be given to SOHP families. Special thanks for the love these quilts will give to the families.

Forty five SOHP family members received winter coats this Christmas.
