The by-laws for Seeds of Hope Partners were presented. A motion was made by Larry2 to accept the by-laws as presented.
Seconded by Joel. The motion passed.

UPDATE ON FAMILIES PRESENTED :

#’s 87, 96, 99 and 100 completed

NEW BUSINESS:

Election of Seeds of Hope Partners officers was held. The following people were nominated :

President: Larry1 nominated by Diny .

Vice President: Diny nominated by Lisa.

Secretary: Lynn nominated by Diny.

Treasurer: Carl nominated by Dinny.

Nominations were closed and all positions were unanimously accepted.

Each September voting will be held for officers for Seeds of Hope Partners.

NEW FAMILIES FOR OCTOBER:

#101 Wellsboro family: Gate built around furnace in living room. Shelving for food in kitchen.

#102 Canton family: 9ft, by 11 ft, carpet for child’s bedroom.

# 103 Osceola family: Burning barrel, cleaning supplies, bunkbed, bedding, carpet remnants for floors, coats for children ages 1, 2 and 8.

# 104 Millerton family: Broken window.

#105 Arnot family: Ceiling repair in bedroom.

#106 Elkland family: Mother paralyzed from car accident. Home needs electrical and drywall work and handicap accessibility.

Helping Hands for Hurricane Victims is trying to organize a way to relocate victims to our area. They asked SOHP if they could be organized under our organization as a project. Then the tax exempt status could be shared by both. All members voted affirmatively in this matter.

Coolidge Hollow is organizing a Hat and Mitten Tree for SOHP families.

Devotions for our November meeting will be given.
