OLD BUSINESS:

Department of Human Service agency will meet after July 7, 2005 with SOHP representives on the issue of being the host agency for an Ameri Corp Vista volunteer.

July 20, 2005 a picnic and meeting will be held at the Human Services building in Wellsboro. Contact Lisa with response by July 8th.

Back to school clothing giveaway will be held at the Wellsboro Methodist Church August 18th and 19th. It was suggested that a printed notice be given to caseworkers to handout to their clients.

A workbee will be held at the Mansfield Baptist Church on June 21st to inventory and prepare clothing and bedding.

A workbee will be held at the barn storage . At least 12 people are needed to help plus an inventory sheet needs to be started.

Training for mentoring is still being explored.

NEW BUSINESS:

Laurel Health Partnership is sponsoring a summer food program at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville, Pa. It will be in operation from June 20, 2005 through August 25, 2005. There are no income guidelines and all children from infant to 17 years are eiligible. Caseworkers should notify clients about this program.

A project to build dressers is being discussed for October 2005.
