Treasurer's Report:

OLD BUSINESS:

SOHP has submitted paperwork to the headquarters of AmeriCorp Vista in Philadelphia to apply for two volunteers for our organization. Nothing has been heard from Philadelphia.

Contact to be made to Second Harvest as a possible source for diapers.

Mansfield University Public Awareness class are planning a Dodge Ball event at the college to benefit SOHP sometime in April. The will hold informational meeting for the publicoutlining SOHP organization. At the the end of the semester they will post in the dorms that unwanted furniture, etc. can be donated to SOHP.

The website was also discussed. Calendar of events, work projects, and generic minutes would be placed on the website. A database of volunteers can be placed onsite and be password accessible.

NEW BUSINESS

Another clothing give away was discussed. Clothing for the beginning of the school year and winter coats seem to be the biggest need. SOHP families will be surveyed to see if there is a need.

May 14, 2005 Represetatives of many Home Party organizations will be set up at the Calvary United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Tickets will be sold (which includes lunch) and all profit will be donated to SOHP.

Seeds of Hope blossburg family that was burned out has found a new home. A list of needed household articles will be posted on the website. Workers with pick-up trucks are need to help move this family in. Contact Carl Matteson if willing to help.
